JobTrack is a job application tracker that helps you record, organise and follow up on job applications. It is an independent service operated from England, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using JobTrack in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use JobTrack. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@jobtracks.co.uk.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
All job application data you enter into JobTrack belongs to you. We make no claim over it. We do not read, analyse, or use your data for any purpose other than displaying it back to you within the app.
You can export all your data as a CSV file at any time. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from within the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

JobTrack is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future. If we do, free features will remain free or you will be given advance notice before any change affects your account.
We aim to keep JobTrack available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable occasionally for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime.
JobTrack is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of bugs.
You use JobTrack at your own risk. We strongly recommend that you export your data regularly as a backup.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JobTrack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or loss of business, arising from your use of the service.
The JobTrack name, logo, design, and code are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our written permission.
Your data remains yours. We claim no intellectual property rights over anything you enter into JobTrack.
Your use of JobTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your data. By using JobTrack, you agree to the Privacy Policy as well as these Terms of Service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we may notify you by email. Continued use of JobTrack after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of JobTrack shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
